Phraseology “without meaning”: Politics of emptiness

چکیده
We have heard many times expressions such as: ?empty words?, talk?, ?hot air?, but is there really an empty ?phraseology?, one that does not mean anything, i.e., a clear referent (the idea it refers to)? Showing the possibilities of phraseology without meaning, paper examines its use in politics, focusing on bureaucratic language shapes our political reality, and can be found constitutional documents EU, US, or even UN. Namely, we will try to show between general particular huge gap, emptiness, which used by certain type speech, order absorb every other performative powers. Our criticism move two directions: first has task showing meaning(less) character as such, passivizing non-affirmative effects. The comes down examining ideological background Eurocentrism, detecting hegemonic Europe (and Western civilizations) embedded language. Starting from Ernesto Laclau?s understanding signifier? necessary function foundation system (especially one), through history discourse Europe, possibility ?emptiness? especially when core values are set for one?s politics.
